We only accept returns or exchanges if the item you received is defective, such as being damaged, broken, or faulty, or if the item is not the same as shown in our product images or videos, such as receiving the wrong design, color, or model. We do not offer returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind or other illogical reasoning if the item matches its description and visuals.
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order via WhatsApp at: +923001299776 . When contacting us, provide your order number, screenshots of the conversation you had with us, and images or videos of the issue, followed by a detailed description of what it is that dissatisfied you. Our team will review your request within 2 to 3 business days and guide you through the next steps if your request is approved.
If your return is approved due to a faulty or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping cost. Items must be returned unused and in their original packaging.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed once the returned item is received and inspected. Approved refunds will be issued to your desired payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
